The Marketing Makeover
Working with Lexicomm has transformed our approach to marketing. Anita quickly understood where we were currently and what we were trying to achieve. She provided us with structure and clarity and strategies that we could implement immediately.
The plot
Meet Jennifer and Michael; the tenacious owners of a global medical sales training company.
Tenacity delivers world-class sales training to global medical organisations to motivate sales teams and transform their sales. But it’s not just about exceptional training. They LOVE selling and are passionate about teaching others to excel.
Without a dedicated marketing team and with so many different marketing channels and activities to choose from, they weren’t sure where to start and what to prioritise.
With lots of ideas, a huge amount of fabulous content and big growth ambitions, they wanted a marketing strategy to reflect their goals.
The twist
We love helping businesses streamline their marketing strategy. So we scrubbed in and immersed ourselves in the language of medical and a love of sales.
We reviewed Tenacity’s marketing activity and made recommendations to increase reach. We devised monthly social media content plans, email campaigns and website content to showcase their expertise and generate more leads.
The happy ending
Jennifer and Michael were thrilled to launch their first marketing campaign and have regular access to regular marketing expertise.
Anita’s approach is hugely positive, highly efficient and you are made to feel as though she is genuinely invested in your business.
Having a Marketing Consultant in their pocket, with structured plans and consistent content, gave Tenacity the confidence to promote their services and to take their marketing to the next level.
Anita’s copywriting is wonderfully creative and captured the culture of our business and the nature of our industry perfectly.
Now, with regular marketing support and content, Tenacity are improving engagement, increasing brand awareness and generating leads so that they can focus on selling, which is, let’s face it, what they do best.
